  • Approximate size — acreage for clearing, linear feet for walls, or rough dimensions for grading.
  • Timeline — when you'd like to start and any hard deadlines tied to building permits or other trades.
  • Photos — if you have them, attach a couple. They're not required, but they help us scope faster.

What Happens After You Submit

We'll reach out to confirm a few details and set up a free on-site walkthrough. Most properties in Northwest Georgia can be visited within a few days. You'll receive a written, itemized estimate within 24-48 hours of that visit. Most projects start within one to three weeks of approval, weather permitting.
